How the work is structured

Engagements are tailored to context. These are the four most common formats across both service streams.

Ongoing Retainer

Sustained coaching or mentoring relationship over 3, 6, or 12 months. Regular session cadence with between-session support available.

Project Engagement

Defined scope and outcome. Typically 4 to 10 sessions. Best for transitions, specific challenges, or focused advisory work.

Workshop or Facilitation

Half-day to full-day facilitated sessions for teams, boards, or cohorts. Can be delivered as a standalone or as part of a series.

Structured Program

Multi-session programs with content, frameworks, and practical application built in. Available in individual and cohort formats.
