My mission is to empower the next generation of leaders by building capacity and fostering operational excellence within teams and individuals.
Through my career, I have worn many hats, from Chief Executive Officer to Regional Manager: Site Manager to General Manager. Each role challenging me to think outside the box and tackle complex challenges. Have you ever found yourself at a crossroads, wondering how to navigate through the uncertainties of your career? I’ve been there, guiding organisations through pivotal moments like the Global Financial Crisis with RSPCA and the pandemic with Vision Australia.
