Privacy Policy
What we collect
We collect the minimum information needed to operate the Disability Confidence Framework and improve its content. Specifically:
- Email address: collected at subscription through Memberful and stored in your browser to personalise your session (your name on the welcome screen). We do not use it for marketing without your consent.
- Search queries: when you use the AI search feature, your search question is logged with a timestamp. No name, email, or account information is attached to these logs. They are used solely to understand which topics subscribers are looking for, so we can improve the framework content.
- Payment information: handled entirely by Stripe. Linke Leadership does not store card details.
What we do not collect
- We do not use tracking cookies or advertising trackers.
- We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
- We do not record which chapters you read or how long you spend in the framework.
Third-party services
The framework uses the following third-party services, each with their own privacy policies:
- Memberful: subscription management and access control (memberful.com/privacy)
- Stripe: payment processing (stripe.com/privacy)
- Anthropic: AI-powered search answers. Your search query and relevant framework sections are sent to Anthropic's API to generate a response. Anthropic does not use API data to train its models by default (anthropic.com/privacy)
Data retention
Search query logs are reviewed periodically and cleared at least every six months. Subscription account data is retained while your account is active and for a reasonable period after cancellation, as required for billing and legal purposes.
Your rights
Under Australian privacy law and, where applicable, the GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of personal information we hold about you. To exercise these rights, contact us at michael@linke.com.au.
Terms of Use
Subscriber access
Access to the Disability Confidence Framework is granted to the individual subscriber only. Your subscription is non-transferable. You may not share your login credentials, reproduce framework content, or distribute any part of the framework to others without written permission from Linke Leadership.
Permitted use
The framework is designed to help you lead more confidently when disability is a factor in your work. You may apply the guidance, adapt conversation scripts for your own use, and reference the framework's principles in your own workplace practice. You may not republish, resell, or incorporate substantial sections of the framework into other commercial products.
No legal or clinical advice
The Disability Confidence Framework provides practical leadership guidance informed by Australian law and research. It is not legal advice. Where a situation involves significant legal risk, formal grievance, or clinical complexity, you should seek qualified legal or medical advice. Linke Leadership accepts no liability for decisions made solely on the basis of framework content.
Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact michael@linke.com.au if you have a concern.
Changes to these terms
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email to active subscribers. Continued use of the framework after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
