Your onboarding session is a live video call with Michael Linke. It covers how to navigate the framework, how to apply it to your specific context, and how to get the most from your subscription. For team subscriptions, onboarding can be run as a group session.
Training sessions are held twice a year and are included for all subscribers. You will receive advance notice to book your place. Small Business subscribers can attend as a team. Content is updated each cycle to reflect legislative changes and sector developments.
Coaching and mentoring hours are booked directly with Michael. Individual subscribers receive up to 4 hours per year; Small Business subscribers receive up to 20 hours per year. Sessions can be used for case discussion, strategy, policy review, or any disability confidence challenge you are working through.
Yes. You can upgrade at any time and your billing will be adjusted on a pro-rata basis. Contact michael@linke.com.au to arrange an upgrade.
The Linke Leadership library will include the full suite of leadership development resources: the Foundations of Practical Leadership course, the Doer to Leader program materials, the EQ Series, diagnostic tools, and the Short Takes Series. These will be added progressively and are included in all active subscriptions at no additional cost.
Enterprise subscribers receive a presentation from Michael Linke to their senior leadership team and their board of directors. These are tailored to your organisation, covering the strategic case for disability confidence, your obligations and opportunities, and a roadmap for embedding the framework across the business. Timing is agreed as part of your onboarding.
